1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 What This Policy Covers

This Policy describes how every market on the ULTRAMINT prediction-market platform is resolved, what data sources are used to determine outcomes, what information is disclosed to you before you participate, and the risks you accept by taking a position in any market. It is intended to give you a complete, operational understanding of the resolution process.

1.2 Applicability

This Policy applies to all markets offered through the Platform, including Open Markets, Closed Group Markets resolved by the Platform's resolution infrastructure (Mode A), and Closed Group Markets resolved by their creator (Mode B / Authoritative).

1.3 Cardinal Rule

Each market on the Platform is settled against exactly one Source of Truth, which is designated and disclosed in that market's details at the time the market is created and before any position is taken. That Source of Truth's output — or, for Authoritative markets, the creator's determination — is final and binding on all participants and the Platform. The Platform does not adjudicate the "true" outcome of any real-world event. Where the Platform does not hold that designation, because the market was not created through the Platform or because its wording has not completed curation, Section 4.1(g) governs what is disclosed in its place.

2. Resolution Hierarchy

2.1 Pre-Set Resolution Rule Governs Absolutely

(a) Every market created on the Platform (other than an Authoritative / Mode B market) has a Resolution Rule — an objective condition defined at market creation and disclosed in the market details. The Resolution Rule specifies the precise condition against which the market's Designated Data Source output will be evaluated.

(b) At resolution time, the Platform's Rule Engine mechanically evaluates the Resolution Rule against the output of the market's Designated Data Source. This evaluation is deterministic: the Rule Engine applies the rule as written to the data as received, without discretion, interpretation, or judgment by the Platform.

(c) The Resolution Rule, once set, cannot be changed. It governs the market's outcome absolutely. Neither the Platform, the market creator, nor any participant may alter, override, or supplement the Resolution Rule after the market is created.

(d) If the Resolution Rule produces a determinate outcome when applied to the Designated Data Source's output, that outcome is the market's Resolution Outcome and is final under Section 7 of this Policy and Section 2.2 of the Terms.

2.2 Designated Data Source Output Is Final

(a) When a market designates an external data source — whether an API, price feed, oracle, or other third-party data provider — that source's output at the time of resolution is final, regardless of whether it is accurate, complete, timely, or consistent with the actual real-world outcome.

(b) Specifically, the Designated Data Source's output governs the Resolution Outcome even if:

    (i) the data is later shown to be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, corrected, restated, or erroneous;

    (ii) the source experienced downtime, rate-limiting, or degraded service during the relevant period;

    (iii) a different data source would have reported a different result;

    (iv) the data source's output contradicts the consensus view, media reports, or official records of the underlying real-world event; or

    (v) the data was manipulated, corrupted, or compromised by any third party.

(c) The Platform's role is limited to mechanically executing each market's Resolution Rule against its Designated Data Source output. The Platform does not verify, audit, correct, or second-guess the data, and does not adjudicate what "really happened" in the underlying event.

(d) By taking any position in a market, you waive, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any right to contest, appeal, or seek reversal of a Resolution Outcome on the basis that the Designated Data Source was wrong, inaccurate, compromised, or inconsistent with reality.

2.3 Authoritative Resolution (Mode B)

(a) A Closed Group Market created with an Authoritative Resolver (Mode B) is resolved by its creator. The market creator is the sole Resolver and determines the outcome at resolution time using their own judgment.

(b) The creator's determination is final, non-contestable, and non-appealable by any participant. There is no challenge window, no attestation requirement, and no dispute mechanism for an Authoritative market. A market resolved through the Platform's attestation infrastructure does have a challenge window in which a proposed outcome may be disputed; an Authoritative market does not (see Section 7.3 and Terms of Service §2.6(a)-(b)).

(c) The Platform does not review, supervise, verify, or override the creator's resolution determination. The Platform has no power to override it: the Resolver is fixed in the market's contract when the market is created and cannot be changed.

(d) This resolution mode is prominently disclosed before any position can be taken in such a market. The market card displays the following notice:

"This market is resolved by its creator, who may hold a position."

(e) You participate in an Authoritative market at your own risk and in reliance on the creator, not the Platform. The creator may hold a position in the market they resolve.

2.4 AI Oracle Resolution

(a) Certain markets — typically those involving open-domain questions where no single authoritative data field exists (such as politics, awards, world events, science, or general factual questions) — are resolved by the Platform's AI Oracle.

(b) The AI Oracle is an automated, evidence-based resolution pipeline. It retrieves evidence from curated, authoritative sources, evaluates it against the market's Resolution Rule, and produces a Resolution Outcome. The AI Oracle does not exercise subjective judgment; it applies verifiable evidence to the market's pre-defined condition.

(c) The specific internal architecture, methodology, and technical implementation of the AI Oracle may change from time to time as the Platform develops and improves its resolution infrastructure. Such changes do not require amendment to this Policy, provided the AI Oracle continues to operate as an automated, evidence-based resolution pipeline producing outcomes by evaluating evidence against the market's Resolution Rule.

(d) If the AI Oracle cannot produce a determinate outcome for a market, the market is never partially settled. It will instead be escalated to manual review or placed in a paused state and, if it cannot be conclusively resolved, voided with refunds under Section 2.4 of the Terms.

(e) When the AI Oracle produces a determinate outcome, that outcome is the market's Source of Truth and Resolution Outcome, and is final and binding to the same extent and under the same terms as a Resolution Outcome produced by any other Designated Data Source.

3. Data Source Classes

3.1 Enumeration of Data Source Classes

The Platform resolves markets using the following classes of data sources. The specific third-party providers used for each class are selected by the Platform in its sole discretion and may be changed, replaced, added to, or removed at any time under Section 3.2. The provider currently in use for a given market is identified in that market's details before any position can be taken.

Data Source Class Data Fields Used Market Types Served
Sports Fixtures and Scores Match status, scores, winner determination Sports outcome markets (e.g., match results, score thresholds)
Crypto and Equity Prices Price feed values for specified symbols Price threshold markets, percentage-movement markets
Social-Media Engagement Metrics View counts, likes, comments, shares, retweets, replies, follower counts, and comparable engagement data Social-engagement and follower-milestone markets across any supported social-media platform
AI Oracle (Open-Domain) Determined per-market based on the Resolution Rule Politics, world events, awards, science, general factual questions, and any other market lacking a dedicated data-field API

(a) For each dedicated data-source class, the designated provider fetches one or more authoritative data fields and the Rule Engine mechanically compares the output to the market's Resolution Rule. No AI judgment is involved in these resolutions.

(b) The AI Oracle is used only for markets that have no dedicated, authoritative data-field API. It is selected at market creation and is not a runtime fallback for other data sources.

(c) The data source classes listed above are not exhaustive. The Platform may introduce additional classes from time to time under Section 3.3.

3.2 Platform's Right to Change or Add Providers

(a) The Platform reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, replace, add, or remove the underlying data provider for any data source class at any time, for any reason, including without limitation: provider discontinuation, unreliability, degraded service quality, unfavorable commercial terms, regulatory requirements, security concerns, or technical incompatibility.

(b) A change of provider at the infrastructure level does not require individual notice to users for each affected market, provided the data source class remains the same and the market details continue to identify the applicable provider for that market.

(c) For markets that are already open at the time of a provider change, the Platform may apply the change to pending markets or designate a substitute source under Section 2.3 of the Terms, at its discretion. In either case, the resulting Resolution Outcome is final and binding under Section 2.2 of the Terms.

(d) This right is in addition to, and independent of, the per-market substitute-source authority described in Section 2.3(b) of the Terms and Section 5.2 of this Policy.

3.3 Addition of New Data Source Classes

The Platform may add new data source classes from time to time as the Platform expands its market offerings. New classes will be disclosed in an updated version of this Policy and identified in market details before any market using them accepts positions.

3.4 Resolver Selection

(a) At market creation, a single Resolver is selected for the market from the available data source classes. Dedicated data-source APIs are preferred for their respective domains (sports markets use the sports data source, crypto-price markets use the price-feed data source, and so on). The AI Oracle is used for markets that fall outside the domain of any dedicated data source.

(b) Each market has exactly one Resolver, fixed in the market's contract at creation. The Resolver cannot be changed after market creation.

(c) There is no runtime fallback between Resolvers. If a Resolver cannot produce a Resolution Outcome, it operates within its own retry, delay, and escalation logic (including, where applicable, manual review or voiding). A market assigned to one Resolver is never automatically reassigned to a different Resolver.

4. Pre-Participation Disclosure

4.1 What Is Disclosed Before You Take a Position

The following information is disclosed in every market's details before any position can be taken. You have the opportunity to review this information and decline to participate if you do not accept the market's resolution terms.

(a) The Resolution Rule — the objective condition that will be evaluated to determine the outcome.

(b) The Designated Data Source — identified by name and data source class, so you know what external source (or the AI Oracle) will provide the data against which the Resolution Rule is evaluated.

(c) The Resolver type — whether the market uses an Automated Resolver (the Rule Engine evaluating the Resolution Rule against the Designated Data Source, or the AI Oracle) or an Authoritative Resolver (creator-resolved). An Authoritative market has no challenge, dispute, or appeal mechanism (Terms of Service §2.6(b)).

    (c-1) The challenge parameters, where the market has them — whether a proposed outcome may be disputed, the length of the challenge window, and the bond required to dispute. Where a market is configured without the mechanism, that is disclosed as its absence (Terms of Service §2.6(a)(i)).

(d) For Authoritative (Mode B) markets — the verbatim disclosure: "This market is resolved by its creator, who may hold a position."

(e) The yield venue, if any, to which the market's collateral will be deployed (Terms of Service §2.6(g), §5.5(b)).

(f) The applicable fee rate — as set out in the Fee Schedule and displayed in the Interface before you take a position (Terms of Service §6.3(a)).

(g) Where the terms in (a) and (b) are unavailable to the Platform — a market deployed directly to the Protocol and observed on chain by the Platform's indexer may carry no Resolution Rule or Designated Data Source that the Platform holds, because none was ever submitted to it; and a market whose submitted wording has not completed curation, or is withheld under moderation, has terms the Platform holds and does not publish. In each of those cases the Platform discloses, in place of (a) and (b): that the terms are not published, which of those reasons applies, the Resolver's on-chain address, and the market's current stage. A market described by the Platform after discovery is identified as such, and that description is the Platform's reading of the contract rather than a rule its creator published.

    (g-1) A market disclosed under (g) has no written rule against which its Resolver's determination can be measured. The Platform's remedies under Section 7 do not extend to substituting its own determination of the outcome, and the absence of a rule narrows the grounds on which any determination could be said to depart from one.

4.2 Your Acknowledgment

By taking any position in a market, you acknowledge and confirm that:

(a) you have reviewed the market's Resolution Rule, Designated Data Source, Resolver type, and all other disclosures described in Section 4.1;

    (a-1) where the market is one described in Section 4.1(g), you have reviewed what is disclosed in place of those items and accept that you take the position without them;

(b) you accept that the Resolution Outcome produced by the market's Resolver is final and binding under Section 2.2 of the Terms and Section 7 of this Policy;

(c) you understand and accept the risks described in this Policy and in Section 2.7 of the Terms; and

(d) you are not relying on any representation by the Platform Parties as to the accuracy of any Designated Data Source, the correctness of any Resolution Outcome, or the outcome of any underlying real-world event.

5. Data Source Failures, Unavailability, and Substitution

5.1 Unavailability or Failure

If a market's Designated Data Source is unavailable, discontinued, materially changed, rate-limited, deprecated, returns data that cannot be processed against the Resolution Rule, or has, in the Platform's reasonable determination, been manipulated, compromised, or rendered unreliable, the Platform may, in its sole discretion:

(a) delay resolution pending availability or correction of the source;

(b) designate a substitute source of comparable authority under Section 5.2; or

(c) void the market and initiate refunds under Section 2.4 of the Terms.

The choice among these options is committed to the Platform's sole and reasonable discretion. The Platform is not liable for electing any of them.

5.2 Substitute Sources

(a) Where the Platform designates a substitute source under this Section or under Section 2.3 of the Terms, that substitute becomes the market's Designated Data Source and Source of Truth for all purposes.

(b) The resulting Resolution Outcome is final and binding under Section 2.2 of the Terms to the same extent as if the substitute had been designated at creation.

(c) Your acceptance under Section 4.2 of this Policy extends to any substitute source designated in accordance with this Section.

5.3 AI Oracle Indeterminate Outcome

If the AI Oracle cannot produce a determinate outcome for a market after completing its evaluation process, the market will not be partially settled. It will instead be escalated to manual review or placed in a paused state and, if it cannot be conclusively resolved, voided with refunds under Section 2.4 of the Terms. The Platform is not liable for any loss arising from the AI Oracle's inability to produce a determinate outcome.

5.4 Delayed and Canceled Events

(a) Delayed or postponed events. If the real-world event underlying a market is delayed, postponed, or rescheduled, the Platform may hold the market open pending occurrence of the event. If the event has not occurred, or the market cannot otherwise be resolved against its Source of Truth, within sixty (60) days after the market's scheduled or reasonably expected resolution time, the market will be voided and refunds initiated under Section 2.4 of the Terms.

(b) Canceled or non-occurring events. If the underlying event is canceled outright, is abandoned, or will not occur such that the Resolution Rule can never be satisfied or falsified, the Platform may void the market at any time and initiate refunds under Section 2.4 of the Terms, without waiting for the 60-day period in subsection (a) to elapse.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1 "As Is" and "As Available" Basis

The Oracle and all Designated Data Sources are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform Parties disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Oracle and any Designated Data Source, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

6.2 No Liability for Third-Party Data Failures

Designated Data Sources are operated by independent third parties over whom the Platform has no control. The Platform is not responsible for, and the Platform Parties shall not be liable for, any loss or damage arising from:

(a) inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, corrupted, manipulated, restated, or erroneous data from any Designated Data Source;

(b) the unavailability, discontinuation, rate-limiting, deprecation, modification, or change of any Designated Data Source, whether temporary or permanent;

(c) errors, bugs, latency, downtime, or failures in the Rule Engine, the AI Oracle, or any component of the resolution infrastructure;

(d) any incorrect Resolution Outcome resulting from any of the foregoing; or

(e) any change, replacement, or removal of the underlying provider for a data source class under Section 3.2 of this Policy.

6.3 No Liability for Creator-Resolved Markets

The Platform Parties shall not be liable for any determination, error, delay, bad faith, conflict of interest, or misconduct of a market creator acting as Resolver in an Authoritative (Mode B) market. You participate in such markets in reliance on the creator, not the Platform.

6.4 No Liability for Market, Protocol, or Third-Party Exploits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform Parties shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

(a) front-running, back-running, sandwiching, latency arbitrage, or other trade-ordering or timing strategies by any person;

(b) manipulation of a Designated Data Source, price feed, or the underlying real-world event or its reporting;

(c) exploitation of the AMM, smart contracts, oracle, or other Platform or protocol components by any third party;

(d) oracle manipulation, flash-loan attacks, or governance attacks; or

(e) network congestion, reorganizations, forks, or failures of any underlying blockchain, node, relay, sequencer, or infrastructure provider.

You expressly assume these risks as inherent to on-chain prediction markets.

6.5 Settlement Irreversibility

When a market settles, the outcome and the resulting allocation of funds become permanent and irreversible. This is not a policy commitment that the Platform could choose to break: every resolution function in the Protocol Contracts rejects a second call, no function exists to re-resolve, correct, reverse, or override a settled market, and no function exists by which the Platform, Vivaach SRL, any affiliate, any market creator, any resolver, or any other person can alter a settled outcome or redirect settled funds. The Platform Parties are not liable for any consequence of this irreversibility, including any consequence arising from a Resolution Outcome that is later shown to have been incorrect.

6.6 Aggregate Liability Cap

Without limiting any broader limitation of liability in the Terms (including Section 6.8 of the Terms), the aggregate liability of the Platform Parties to you arising out of or relating to the Oracle, resolution, any data source, or any market shall not exceed the total Platform fees actually paid by you to the Platform in respect of the affected market. In no event shall the Platform Parties be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, or expectation damages, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.7 Savings Clause

Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where any exclusion or limitation is held unenforceable, it applies to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder of this Section remains in full force and effect.

7. Finality and Dispute Limitations

7.1 Finality

The Resolution Outcome produced by a market's Resolver is final, binding, non-appealable, and conclusive as between you, all other participants, and the Platform. The Resolution Outcome governs settlement even if:

(a) you believe, or it is later shown, that the underlying real-world event occurred differently;

(b) the Designated Data Source reported inaccurate, delayed, corrected, restated, or erroneous data;

(c) a different result would have been reached using a different source, method, or resolver; or

(d) for Authoritative markets, the creator's determination was incorrect, unreasonable, or made in bad faith.

7.2 Waiver

You waive, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any right to contest, appeal, re-litigate, or seek reversal or adjustment of a Resolution Outcome, whether before the Platform, in arbitration, or otherwise, except to the limited extent expressly provided in:

(a) Section 2.4 of the Terms (voiding and refunds).

Voiding and refund is the sole and exclusive avenue through which the effect of a Resolution Outcome may be displaced, and it operates only within the strict limits set out in that Section. A void returns your stake at par; it never pays a "winning" outcome.

7.3 Which Markets Can Be Challenged, and Which Cannot

(a) Whether a challenge mechanism exists depends on the market, and an Authoritative market has none. A market resolved through the Platform's attestation infrastructure settles through a proposal, challenge, and finalization sequence: a proposed outcome is published with a deadline, and until that deadline passes a participant may dispute it by posting a bond, which escalates the proposal to an arbiter set. A market resolved by an Authoritative Resolver (Mode B) has no proposal stage, no challenge window, no bonded dispute right, no arbiter set, and no appeal — it settles directly on the output of its creator (Terms of Service §2.6(a)-(b)).

    (i) The parameters are per market. Window length, bond size, the arbiter set, and its threshold are configured for each market, and a market may be configured with the mechanism inactive. The values in force for a market, and whether it has the mechanism at all, are disclosed on the market's card and in its details before you may take a position (Section 4). Do not assume one market's parameters apply to another.

    (ii) A bond is capital at risk. A bond posted to dispute a proposal may be forfeited to the Platform's treasury or pooled for the holders of the prevailing outcome, depending on the determination. It is not a fee and its return is not guaranteed.

    (iii) The deadline is final. Once the window passes with no dispute, the proposal finalizes and the outcome is beyond challenge. There is no late dispute and no relief for a participant who did not act in time.

(b) What protects you instead. Outside the challenge window in subsection (a), and at all times in an Authoritative market, your protection is entirely front-loaded: the pre-participation disclosures in Section 4 of this Policy — the Resolution Rule, the Designated Data Source, the Resolver type, the challenge parameters where they apply, the yield venue, and the fee rate — are the information on which you are expected to decide whether to participate. Review them before taking a position; outside the window you cannot revisit the outcome afterwards.

(c) The Platform's void power is not a dispute process. Where a market's configured resolver grants the Platform authority, the Platform may, in its sole discretion, void that market under Section 2.4 of the Terms (see also Sections 5.1 and 5.3 of this Policy). An Authoritative market does not grant that authority: only its creator may report or void. Neither case creates a remedy a participant can invoke, demand, or appeal to.

8. Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform and taking any position in any market, you acknowledge and accept that:

(a) Prediction markets involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of the amount you commit to any market.

(b) Resolution Outcomes depend on third-party data and automated systems that may fail, produce inaccurate results, become unavailable, be manipulated, or produce outcomes that differ from reality.

(c) The AI Oracle is an automated system that may produce outcomes you disagree with, and its output is final.

(d) Authoritative (Mode B) markets depend entirely on the creator's judgment, which is unreviewed by the Platform and may be incorrect, unreasonable, self-interested, or made in bad faith.

(e) Settlement is irreversible by construction. Once a market settles, the outcome cannot be changed by anyone, including the Platform.

(f) You have independently evaluated each market in which you take a position, including its Resolution Rule, Designated Data Source, Resolver type, and all risks described in this Policy and the Terms.

(g) You are not relying on any representation by the Platform Parties as to the accuracy of any Designated Data Source, the correctness of any Resolution Outcome, or the outcome of any underlying real-world event.

(h) The risks described in this Policy are a condition of your use of the Platform. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

9. Amendments

(a) The Platform may amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended version at the Policy's URL. The amended version will state its effective date.

(b) Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Policy.

(c) For material changes, the Platform will provide notice in accordance with Section 7.2 of the Terms.

(d) Prior versions of this Policy will be archived and available for review.
