ULTRAMINT — FEE SCHEDULE

Operator: Vivaach SRL, Costa Rica
Version: v1.3 [DRAFT]
Effective date: [insert on publication]
Last updated: 20 September 2026

This Fee Schedule is the "Fee Schedule" referred to in, and incorporated by reference into, the ULTRAMINT Terms of Service (§1(l), §7.2). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Vivaach SRL (the "Platform") may amend this Fee Schedule from time to time, and the then-current version governs; the version in effect when you take a position governs that position (Terms of Service §7.2(d)).

1. Settlement Fee

1.1 One fee, taken at claim. A single settlement fee is taken out of a settled market's proceeds when you claim. Nothing is charged when you take a position, and there is no fee on entry, no spread charged by the Platform, and no subscription or account fee.

1.2 The rate and its taper. The rate falls as a market's total volume rises, from 2.00% at zero volume toward a floor of 0.50%. Half of the taper is spent by the time a market reaches its half-taper volume, which defaults to 1,000,000 units of the market's collateral.

1.3 Computed by the contract, not by the Platform. The rate applicable to a market is computed by that market's contract from that market's own recorded volume. It cannot be varied for an individual market or participant after the market is created, and the Platform cannot raise or lower it for a market already deployed.

1.4 Disclosed before entry. The rate applicable to a market is shown in the Interface before you take a position (Terms of Service §6.3(a)).

2. No Fee on a Voided Market

2.1 If a market is voided, no settlement fee is charged and none is deducted from your refund. You receive your full stake at par, plus your share of any yield earned.

2.2 The fee exists only in the settlement computation, which a voided market never reaches. This is a property of the Protocol Contracts, not a discretionary waiver.

3. Network Gas

3.1 Gas for relayed transactions is paid by the Platform's Relay Service. You never need to hold the network's native asset. Gas spent on a transaction that reverts on-chain is borne by the Platform.

3.2 The Relay Service applies per-address rate limits and daily spending limits. Gasless relay is a convenience and is not guaranteed to remain available; the Platform may modify, limit, or withdraw it (Terms of Service §5.6).

4. Creator and Sponsor Shares

4.1 A market creator receives a configured share of that market's distributable house take, set when the market is created.

4.2 Sponsors subdivide the creator's share only, capped in aggregate at 80% of it. A sponsored market therefore reduces what the creator receives; it does not increase what any participant pays.

4.3 The distributable house take is the collateral the Protocol Contracts can sweep after reserving participant claims and returning the recoverable opening seed. It includes the settlement-fee deduction and collateral left after winner obligations. Creator and sponsor shares divide that existing amount; they do not change the rate a participant pays under Section 1.

4.4 How a sponsor comes to hold a share. A sponsor claims one link, held by one wallet across every market, and then applies to a specific market. That market's creator either approves the application by signing it on-chain or declines it. The Platform does not assign, allocate, or negotiate sponsor shares: a creator's decision is theirs alone and discretionary, an application confers no entitlement, and a declined or withdrawn application earns nothing.

4.5 Per market, and only from the approval onward. A sponsor's share applies only to the market the creator approved, never to that sponsor's other markets. Attribution begins when the approval is recorded on-chain; positions taken through the link before that moment earn the sponsor nothing, and the Platform cannot backdate an approval.

4.6 What a sponsor is paid, and what it is not. A sponsor's share is a subdivision of the creator allocation under Section 4.2, settled on-chain out of the distributable house take. It is not a Rewards Program payout, not an account balance, and not affected by any prize pool or season (Terms of Service §6.14). Attribution is as the Platform computes it, and self-referral, coordinated accounts, and attribution obtained by misrepresentation or automated means are prohibited under Terms of Service §6.14(j).

5. Yield

5.1 Where a market's collateral is deployed to a yield venue, a handling fee is taken from the gross yield only, never from principal.

5.2 Net yield is distributed pro rata by stake to every participant in the market — whether their position won, lost, or the market was voided.

5.3 The vault used by a market, if any, is disclosed in that market's terms before you take a position (Terms of Service §2.6(g), §5.5(b)). Yield is not guaranteed, and a yield-venue shortfall reduces refunds pro rata (Terms of Service §2.4(b)).

6. Market Creation

6.1 Refundable seed. Creating a market requires a refundable seed that opens the book and is returned at resolution. The seed is capital at risk: it is refunded at sweep, and refunded in full only when the book balances — a creator may recover less than the amount posted (Market Creator Agreement §5).

6.2 Resolver fee. A market that uses the protocol resolver also prepays a resolver fee based on how long the market will run. The unused portion is refunded at resolution; the base component is not refundable.

6.3 No deposit or withdrawal fees. There are no deposit fees and no withdrawal fees. Funding is stablecoin-only; the Platform accepts no fiat rails and charges no currency-conversion fee (Terms of Service §6.12).
