v1.1 Updated Oct 7, 2026
ULTRAMINT — BETA TESTER AGREEMENT
Operator: Vivaach SRL, Costa Rica
Version: v1.1 [DRAFT]
Effective date: [insert on publication]
Last updated: [insert on publication]
It governs participation in the Platform's beta only, and it supplements rather than replaces the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service address the same subject, both apply, and the Terms of Service control in the event of conflict.
1. Beta Status
1.1 ULTRAMINT is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and displayed data may be simulated during testing windows.
1.2 Beta access is provided as-is and as-available, and every disclaimer, exclusion, and limitation of liability in the Terms of Service (§§5, 6.8) applies to it in full. Nothing in the beta creates any warranty, service level, or availability commitment.
1.3 The Protocol Contracts have not completed an external security audit, and they cannot be changed or patched after deployment. A defect could cause the permanent loss of funds with no remedy against the Platform (Terms of Service §5.4(a); Risk Disclosure §12.1(c)).
2. Feedback
2.1 Feedback you submit during the beta may be used to improve the product without compensation or attribution, and you grant the Platform a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose.
2.2 Do not submit feedback that is confidential to you or to anyone else, or that you are not free to license on these terms.
3. Limits and Safeguards
3.1 The Relay Service applies per-address rate limits and daily gas-spending limits during the beta, and the Platform may tighten, loosen, or add limits at any time without notice (Terms of Service §3.7(a)(i); Fee Schedule §3.2).
3.2 Any position or exposure limits the Platform imposes are applied at the account and Relay Service level and are disclosed in the Interface where they apply. They are not enforced by the Protocol Contracts.
3.3 Limits exist to protect testers. Their presence is not a representation that any amount is safe to risk, and their absence for a given action is not permission to treat that action as low-risk.
4. Termination
4.1 The Platform may suspend or end the beta, or any participant's access to it, at any time and for any reason, without notice and without liability.
4.2 Ending the beta does not affect any position already taken. Positions ride to resolution under the Terms of Service, and claims remain permissionless on-chain (Terms of Service §5.6(a)).
Cross-references: Terms of Service §§3.7(a)(i), 5, 5.4(a), 5.6, 6.8. Risk Disclosure §12.1(c). Privacy Policy §1.2, §1.6. Fee Schedule §3.
