v1.6 Updated Oct 10, 2026 Part of the Terms by reference

ULTRAMINT — ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED MARKETS POLICY

Operator: Vivaach SRL, Costa Rica
Version: v1.6 [DRAFT]
Effective date: [insert on publication]

This Acceptable Use and Prohibited Markets Policy (this "Policy") is incorporated by reference into the ULTRAMINT Terms of Service and the Market Creator Agreement, and is the "Acceptable Use / Prohibited Markets Policy" (also referred to in the Terms of Service as the "Content Policy") referenced in those documents. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Where this Policy and the Terms of Service address the same subject, both apply, and the Terms of Service control in the event of conflict.

Structure of this Policy:

  • §1 — Scope and Application
  • §2 — General Content and Topic Restrictions (violence, illegal acts, hate, sexual content, NSFW, animal cruelty, natural disasters, doxxing/privacy)
  • §3 — Intellectual Property and Defamation
  • §4 — Market Structure, Resolvability, and Manipulability (self-referential, ambiguous, creator-controlled, non-public info)
  • §5 — Prohibited Financial and Chance-Based Markets (securities-style, gambling/RNG)
  • §6 — Sanctions and Regulated Events
  • §7 — Platform Abuse and Safety
  • §8 — User-Generated Profile and Group Content
  • §9 — Permitted Markets
  • §10 — Enforcement, Screening, and Reporting
  • §11 — Interpretation, Non-Exhaustiveness, and Amendment

1. Scope and Application

1.1 What This Policy Governs

(a) This Policy governs the subject matter, title, description, resolution criteria, and structure of every market created on the Platform, across all market types and resolution modes — including Open Markets and Closed Group Markets (the "Members only" markets of a Town), and both Mode A (Platform Resolution Engine) and Mode B (Authoritative / Creator-Resolved) markets.

(b) By creating a market, you represent and warrant that the market complies with this Policy at the time of creation and throughout its lifecycle, and that the market does not fall within any prohibited category set out in this Policy, the Terms of Service, or the Market Creator Agreement (§4). Compliance is your sole responsibility.

1.2 Screening; No Warranty; No Approval; Responsibility Remains with the Creator

(a) The Platform may, but is not obligated to, apply automated and/or manual screening to markets at or after creation — including automated filtering against the categories in this Policy — and may reject, decline to list, or remove a market on that basis.

(b) Any such screening is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-efforts basis and is not warranted to detect or reject every prohibited or non-compliant market. The Platform does not guarantee that screening will identify any particular violation.

(c) The application of screening, the acceptance or listing of a market, and the absence of rejection or removal do not, individually or together, constitute: (i) approval, endorsement, or ratification of the market or its subject matter; (ii) a representation or warranty that the market complies with this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law; or (iii) a waiver of the Platform's right to reject, void, de-list, or take enforcement action against the market at any later time.

(d) Screening does not shift responsibility. Whether or not any screening is applied, and whether or not it detects a violation, you remain solely responsible for the compliance of every market you create, and the Platform's controls do not relieve you of that responsibility or create any duty owed to you or to any participant. The Platform has no duty to monitor, review, or police market content (Terms of Service §2.6(k)).

(e) Creation-interface screening is independent of resolution authority. Markets authored or reviewed through the Platform's creation interface, including authoritative Members only markets, are subject to automated content screening before the interface authorizes creation. Screening does not give the Platform authority to resolve, reverse, or override an Authoritative market on chain; those actions remain solely with its creator.

(f) The prohibitions bind every creator. All prohibitions apply to Members only markets as binding contractual obligations and creator warranties, whether or not screening detects a violation. Access restrictions, indemnification, and reporting obligations continue to apply.

1.3 Amendment; Non-Exhaustiveness

(a) The Platform may amend this Policy at any time in its sole discretion; the then-current version governs, and material changes are notified in accordance with the Terms of Service (§7.3).

(b) The prohibited categories in this Policy are non-exhaustive. The Platform may determine, in its sole discretion, that a market not expressly listed nevertheless violates the letter or spirit of this Policy and take enforcement action accordingly.

2. General Content and Topic Restrictions

You shall not create, and shall not attempt to create, any market whose title, description, underlying event, resolution criteria, or subject matter falls within any of the following categories. These prohibitions apply regardless of resolution mode, market type, or participant group.

2.1 Violence, Physical Harm, and Criminal Acts

(a) Markets that facilitate, solicit, incentivize, glorify, or are contingent upon any of the following are strictly prohibited:

    (i) assassination, terrorism, murder, kidnapping, hostage-taking, assault, arson, bombing, shooting, or any other act of violence against any person, group, or population;

    (ii) death, serious bodily injury, or physical harm to any identified or identifiable person or group;

    (iii) suicide, self-harm, or self-injury of any person;

    (iv) mass-casualty events, or war or armed-conflict outcomes framed around civilian death, injury, or harm; and

    (v) any other act that would constitute a crime under applicable law.

(b) Financial-incentive-to-harm catch-all. Any market that would, or would foreseeably, create a financial incentive for any person to cause, procure, hasten, or influence physical harm to a person, to property, or to public safety is prohibited, regardless of whether the market's wording explicitly references or endorses the harmful act.

2.2 Illegal Acts, Unlawful Substances, and Crime Facilitation

(a) Markets that facilitate, incentivize, promote, or are contingent upon any of the following are strictly prohibited:

    (i) the manufacture, trafficking, distribution, or sale of unlawful drugs or controlled substances, or of other contraband;

    (ii) hacking, unauthorized system access, malware, ransomware, scams, phishing, fraud, or theft;

    (iii) money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other financial crime; and

    (iv) any other conduct that is unlawful under applicable law, or any market that would incentivize, reward, or facilitate the commission of an illegal act by any person.

2.3 Hate, Harassment, and Protected Classes

(a) Markets that target, demean, dehumanize, or incite hatred, harassment, or discrimination against any person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic — including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other status protected under applicable law — are strictly prohibited.

(b) This includes markets that employ slurs, hateful stereotypes, or dehumanizing language, and markets whose purpose or foreseeable effect is to incite, promote, or reward hatred, harassment, or discrimination.

2.4 Sexual Content and Exploitation

(a) Markets involving or contingent upon pornographic or sexually explicit content are prohibited.

(b) Markets involving or contingent upon sexual assault, sexual abuse, or non-consensual sexual conduct are prohibited.

(c) Zero tolerance. Any market that involves, depicts, references, sexualizes, or is contingent upon the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, or child sexual abuse material in any form, is absolutely prohibited, will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and is subject to the Platform's maximum enforcement response.

(d) Markets involving or facilitating human trafficking or the commercial sexual exploitation of any person are prohibited.

2.5 Graphic, Shock, and NSFW Content

(a) Markets that feature or are framed around graphic violence, gore, or the graphic depiction of death, injury, or suffering are prohibited.

(b) Markets employing shock-value, gratuitously disturbing, or NSFW ("not safe for work") language or imagery are prohibited, regardless of the underlying topic.

2.6 Animal Cruelty and Blood Sports

(a) Markets that facilitate, promote, or are contingent upon animal fighting, blood sports, or other animal cruelty, neglect, or abuse, or upon the death or injury of a specific animal, are prohibited.

2.7 Natural Disasters, Tragedies, and Human Suffering

(a) Markets designed to profit from, trivialize, or create perverse incentives around human suffering are prohibited, including without limitation markets on the death toll, injury count, or casualty figures of a natural disaster, famine, epidemic, pandemic, accident, or other tragedy, and markets on specific damage estimates framed so as to profit from misery.

(b) Permitted carve-out. A market on the objective, physical characteristics of a natural event — for example, the projected path, category, landfall location, or magnitude of a storm, earthquake, or similar event — is not prohibited by this subsection, provided it does not resolve on, or otherwise incentivize or trivialize, human death, injury, or suffering.

2.8 Doxxing, Privacy, and Non-Public Private Individuals

(a) Markets that constitute or facilitate doxxing, harassment, stalking, intimidation, humiliation, or targeted abuse of any identified or identifiable individual are prohibited.

(b) Markets centered on the private conduct, personal life, physical or mental health, medical condition, diagnosis, pregnancy, relationship status, sexual or romantic conduct, location, or other private affairs of an identified living individual who is not a public figure are prohibited, including any personally identifiable health-related prediction about such a person.

(c) Markets involving minors, children, or other legally protected or vulnerable individuals, or matters such as school-related violence or family custody, are prohibited.

(d) Public-figure / public-interest carve-out. A market concerning a public figure is permitted only where the market relates to a matter of genuine public interest connected to that person's public role or conduct (for example, whether a head of state will complete their term of office), and does not fall within any other prohibition in this Section — in particular §2.1 (harm) or §2.8(a) (harassment/doxxing). Private, intimate, or health matters of a public figure remain subject to subsection (b) except to the extent they are genuinely matters of public interest.

3. Intellectual Property and Defamation

3.1 Intellectual-Property Infringement

(a) You shall not create any market whose title, description, resolution criteria, or associated content infringes, misappropriates, or violates the copyright, trademark, trade-dress, patent, trade-secret, publicity, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right of any third party.

(b) Without limitation, you shall not: (i) reproduce or distribute copyrighted works without authorization; (ii) use a third party's trademark, logo, or brand in a manner likely to cause confusion or to falsely suggest affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement; or (iii) create a market whose resolution depends on, or is designed to induce, the unauthorized disclosure of trade secrets or confidential information (which is also addressed, together with insider-information restrictions, in §4.4 and the Terms of Service (§3.3)).

(c) You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to use any content you incorporate into a market, and you indemnify the Platform against third-party IP claims arising from your markets in accordance with the Market Creator Agreement (§8) and the Terms of Service.

3.2 Defamation and Unverified Allegations

(a) You shall not create any market that is defamatory, or that states or implies a false statement of fact injurious to the reputation of any identified or identifiable person or entity.

(b) In particular, markets that consist of or are contingent upon speculation about the commission of a crime, an arrest, an indictment, or other wrongdoing by an identified individual, or upon rumors, unverified allegations, or unsubstantiated claims that could damage a person's reputation, are prohibited — except to the extent the market concerns a matter of public record or genuine public interest (for example, the outcome of already-public, officially filed legal proceedings against a public figure) and does not otherwise violate this Policy.

3.3 Fraudulent, Deceptive, or Misleading Titles and Descriptions

(a) You shall not create any market with a title, description, or resolution criteria that is fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading, including any market that:

    (i) creates a false impression of what the market is about, or of how or when it will resolve;

    (ii) uses bait, ambiguity, or wording tricks designed to be read one way by participants while the creator intends to resolve it another way; or

    (iii) is structured to produce a predetermined outcome for the creator's benefit regardless of real-world events.

(b) This subsection supplements the market-design and good-faith-resolution obligations in the Market Creator Agreement (§§2, 3) and the Terms of Service (§3.2).

3.4 Impersonation and False Affiliation

(a) You shall not create any market that impersonates, misattributes, or falsely represents the identity, statement, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation of any third party — including any government or public body, corporation, brand, public figure, or other platform — or that is designed to deceive participants as to the source, authority, or backing of the market.

4. Market Structure, Resolvability, and Manipulability

The prohibitions in this Section concern the structure of a market — how it is built and whether it can be resolved — as distinct from its subject matter, which is governed by §§2–3.

4.1 Self-Referential and Circular Markets

(a) You shall not create a market whose outcome depends, in whole or in part, on the market's own resolution, pricing, volume, or existence. Prohibited structures include, without limitation:

    (i) markets whose resolution criteria refer to the resolution itself (for example, "Will this market resolve to YES?");

    (ii) markets that resolve on their own trading volume, participant count, price level, or implied probability; and

    (iii) markets that resolve on Platform engagement metrics, user behavior on the Platform, or the creation, listing, or voiding of any other market.

(b) This subsection gives effect to the listing prohibition referenced in the Terms of Service (§3.8), which addresses self-influenced outcomes at the level of conduct. This Policy governs market eligibility; the Terms of Service govern conduct; both apply.

4.2 Ambiguous, Subjective, or Non-Resolvable Markets

(a) You shall not create a market whose resolution criteria are:

    (i) inherently impossible to evaluate — because they reference fictional events, unfalsifiable claims, or information that does not and cannot exist;

    (ii) subjective with no designated evaluator — turning on taste, opinion, or judgment without an identified evaluator, scoring system, or verifiable metric;

    (iii) vague or open-ended as to time — with no stated end date, deadline, or clearly defined triggering event; or

    (iv) not verifiable against any publicly available information, Designated Data Source, or identified evaluator.

(b) Carve-out for disclosed evaluators. A market that turns on a subjective judgment is permitted where the evaluator is identified and disclosed before any position is taken — for example, a Mode B market in which the creator is the disclosed Resolver (see §9.1(c)). What is prohibited is subjectivity without a disclosed decision-maker.

(c) You acknowledge that a market with defective resolution criteria may be voided by the Platform under §10.1, and that where a market cannot be resolved against its Source of Truth the Platform's remedy is to bring it to a terminal state — settlement or a void with refunds (Terms of Service §2.6(j)).

4.3 Creator-Controlled and Directly Manipulable Outcomes

(a) You shall not create a market on any event, outcome, or question that you — or any person acting at your direction, on your behalf, or in coordination with you — are able to directly cause, prevent, control, or determine, where the purpose or effect is to profit from bringing about the outcome.

(b) Commitment-mechanism carve-out. The prohibition in subsection (a) does not apply where the market's resolution criteria explicitly disclose and account for the creator's control — for example, a commitment mechanism framed as "Will I complete X by Y? Creator has control over the outcome." The carve-out applies only where the disclosure is prominent, specific, and made before any participant takes a position.

(c) This subsection is consistent with, and supplements, the Market Creator Agreement (§4.1(a)(iv)), the Market Creator Policy (Creator Obligations §1.5), and the Terms of Service (§3.8).

4.4 Markets Dependent on Non-Public or Privileged Information

(a) You shall not create a market whose outcome is not resolvable from information available to the public at the time positions are taken, or whose resolution would depend on, reward, or foreseeably induce the disclosure of:

    (i) material non-public information concerning any person, entity, or event (as defined in the Terms of Service §3.3(a));

    (ii) unannounced corporate actions, earnings, financial results, mergers, or product releases before public release;

    (iii) unannounced governmental, regulatory, judicial, or electoral decisions before they are public; or

    (iv) trade secrets, confidential business information, or classified government information, where the market would foreseeably incentivize unauthorized disclosure.

(b) This subsection gives effect to the listing prohibition referenced in the Terms of Service (§3.3(e)). The Terms of Service govern conduct (insider trading and tipping); this Policy governs market eligibility; both apply.

5. Prohibited Financial and Chance-Based Markets

5.1 Securities-Style and Individual-Equity Markets

(a) Markets on individual stock or equity price movements, company-specific financial events, or short-term or intraday price predictions for a named issuer are prohibited.

(b) Default position. The Platform's default treatment of any market referencing an individual publicly traded security is rejection. A market that resembles, or could reasonably be presented as, individual securities trading or the provision of financial advice is prohibited regardless of how its criteria are framed.

(c) For the avoidance of doubt, this subsection does not prohibit markets on broad macroeconomic indicators or aggregate index levels where the market does not reference an individual issuer's securities and does not constitute or resemble financial advice — but such markets remain subject to §4 (resolvability) and to the Platform's discretion under §11.1.

(d) This subsection is a market-eligibility rule. It does not limit, and is in addition to, the Risk Disclosure's statement that no position on the Platform is a security or regulated financial instrument (Risk Disclosure §5.3).

5.2 Gambling, Games of Chance, and Casino-Style Markets

(a) You shall not create a market whose outcome is determined purely by chance rather than by a real-world event capable of prediction. Prohibited structures include, without limitation:

    (i) outcomes determined by a random number generator, dice roll, card draw, or comparable randomizing mechanism;

    (ii) markets based on external lottery draws (for example, national or state lotteries); and

    (iii) casino-style simulations, including roulette, slots, blackjack, or any equivalent game of pure chance.

(b) This prohibition is in addition to the unlawful-gambling prohibition in the Market Creator Agreement (§4.1(a)(ii)) and applies regardless of whether the structure would be lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

6. Sanctions and Regulated Events

6.1 Sanctions-Implicated Markets

(a) You shall not create a market that would constitute or facilitate a sanctions violation, including any market whose resolution depends on an event, transaction, or outcome involving:

    (i) a person, entity, vessel, or wallet address named on the OFAC SDN List, OFAC SSI List, OFAC Consolidated List, or any sanctions list administered by the United Nations, the European Union or any member state, or the United Kingdom (HM Treasury / OFSI);

    (ii) a government, institution, or entity subject to comprehensive sanctions; or

    (iii) a jurisdiction identified in the Prohibited Jurisdictions Policy.

(b) Markets designed to facilitate, reward, or obscure sanctions evasion — including markets whose criteria reference circumvention of financial, travel, or trade restrictions — are prohibited.

(c) This subsection concerns market subject matter. The eligibility of persons to access the Platform is governed separately and in full by the Prohibited Jurisdictions Policy.

6.2 Regulated Events

(a) Elections and referenda. Markets on a national or subnational election, referendum, or plebiscite are prohibited in any jurisdiction where prediction markets on such events are unlawful, unless the Platform has determined, in its sole discretion, that the market complies with applicable law.

(b) Judicial proceedings. Markets on the outcome of pending judicial proceedings — criminal verdicts, civil judgments, or sentencing — are prohibited where such markets are unlawful in an applicable jurisdiction, or where the Platform determines, in its sole discretion, that the market poses an unacceptable legal or reputational risk. This is in addition to the prohibition on speculation about the crimes or arrests of identified individuals in §3.2(b).

(c) Regulatory and official decisions. Markets on the outcome of regulatory enforcement actions, investigations, or agency determinations are prohibited where the market could reasonably be perceived as creating an incentive to influence the decision-maker.

7. Platform Abuse and Safety

(a) You shall not:

    (i) create spam markets, duplicate markets, or markets created in bulk without genuine predictive purpose;

    (ii) attempt to bypass, defeat, or evade the Platform's content screening, moderation, or safety controls, including by obfuscating, misspelling, encoding, or otherwise disguising prohibited subject matter;

    (iii) embed in any market instructions, prompts, or content designed to manipulate or evade any automated screening or resolution system, including the AI Oracle; or

    (iv) create a market for the purpose of testing, probing, or mapping the Platform's screening or enforcement thresholds.

(b) Conduct under this Section is a market-integrity violation and is separately subject to enforcement under the Terms of Service (§3.9).

8. User-Generated Profile and Group Content

(a) Scope. In addition to markets, this Policy governs the user-generated content you publish through the Platform, including your handle, your display name, your bio, your profile image and banner, Town images, and any social-media handles or profile links displayed on your public profile.

(b) Applicable standards. The prohibitions in §§2–3 apply to that content as they apply to markets. Without limitation, you shall not publish profile or group content that:

    (i) is unlawful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise within any category prohibited by §2;

    (ii) harasses, threatens, doxxes, or targets any person, or discloses another person's private information;

    (iii) infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right (§3.1);

    (iv) impersonates any person, brand, public figure, governmental body, or the Platform itself, or falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement (§3.4); or

    (v) is defamatory, deceptive, or used to advertise, solicit, or link to prohibited activity.

(c) Handles are licensed, not owned. A handle is a revocable licence to display a name, granted for as long as you hold the account. It is not property, and you acquire no right in it. You shall not:

    (i) sell, buy, rent, trade, or transfer a handle, or offer to;

    (ii) register or hold handles you do not use, including registering a name in order to withhold it from, or resell it to, the person or brand it refers to; or

    (iii) hand over an account, or the handle on it, so that a reputation built under a name is continued by somebody else.

The Platform may reclaim any handle that is held in breach of this subsection, that impersonates or is confusable with a person, brand, or the Platform itself, or that is held by an account it has restricted or terminated — and may reassign it or withhold it. A handle can be changed at most once every thirty days; that limit exists for the reason in the Privacy Policy (§1.2.4) and is not a right to the name.

(d) Public by choice. You choose whether to claim a handle, what your bio says, whether to upload profile or group images, and which of your connected social accounts are shown. Hiding a social link removes it from your profile; it does not disconnect the account as a sign-in method. Content you publish is publicly displayed, including to visitors who are not signed in, and you are solely responsible for it. Handling of this data is described in the Privacy Policy (§1.2.4).

(e) Remedies. The Platform may remove or reset any profile or group content, reclaim a handle, revoke a display name, clear a bio, delete an uploaded image, or restrict or terminate the account, under §10.1.

9. Permitted Markets

9.1 General Permission

(a) Subject to the prohibitions in §§2–8, any lawful subject matter may form the basis of a market, including without limitation: sports, entertainment, politics (where lawful), technology, science, business, economics, weather, culture, and personal goals or challenges.

(b) The following are expressly permitted, provided they comply with all other provisions of this Policy:

    (i) markets on public, verifiable events, including election outcomes where prediction markets on elections are lawful in the applicable jurisdiction;

    (ii) markets on personal commitments or challenges structured as commitment mechanisms, where the creator's control over the outcome is disclosed in accordance with §4.3(b);

    (iii) markets on subjective outcomes with a disclosed evaluator, including Mode B markets in which the creator is the disclosed Resolver (§4.2(b));

    (iv) markets on the objective physical characteristics of a natural event — such as a storm's projected path, category, or landfall — subject to the human-cost prohibition in §2.7; and

    (v) markets on speculative or uncertain events where the uncertainty is genuine and the criteria are objective and verifiable.

(c) Permission under this Section is not an approval of any particular market. No market is approved, endorsed, or warranted by the Platform (§1.2).

10. Enforcement, Screening, and Reporting

10.1 Remedial Actions

(a) Where the Platform determines, in its sole discretion, that a market or item of user content violates or may violate this Policy, it may take any one or more of the following actions, without prior notice or liability:

    (i) reject or decline to list the market;

    (ii) stop further position-taking in the market — a one-way, irreversible on-chain action (Terms of Service §2.6(e)(i));

    (iii) void the market, with refunds to each participant at par and with no settlement fee deducted, plus any pro-rata net yield, in accordance with the Terms of Service (§2.4) and subject to the yield-venue caveat in §2.6(g) of those Terms;

    (iv) remove or de-list the market from the Interface, or remove or reset user profile or group content;

    (v) suspend, restrict, or terminate the creator's account and market-creation privileges;

    (vi) withhold or forfeit creator fees associated with the market, and pursue clawback as a debt (Market Creator Agreement §6); and

    (vii) take any other enforcement action described in the Terms of Service (§3.9) or the Market Creator Policy (Creator Obligations §3).

(b) Settled markets cannot be reversed. Where a market has already settled, the outcome and the resulting allocation of funds are irreversible by construction (Terms of Service §2.6(d)). The Platform's remedies in respect of a settled market are limited to off-chain and contractual measures — account restriction, fee forfeiture, clawback-as-debt, and reporting. No enforcement action under this Policy can alter a settled outcome.

10.2 Screening (Cross-Reference)

(a) The Platform's screening posture is set out in §1.2. Creation-interface screening applies to both automated and authoritative resolution modes. It is best-efforts, is not warranted to detect every violation, is not endorsement, and does not shift responsibility from the creator.

(b) Authoritative resolution remains solely the creator's on-chain responsibility. Content screening does not introduce an appeal mechanism, platform arbiter, or on-chain override.

10.3 No Duty to Monitor

(a) The Platform has no duty to monitor market or user content, to detect violations of this Policy, or to act against any particular market. The authority in §10.1 is a right, not a duty (Terms of Service §2.6(k)).

(b) The exercise or non-exercise of enforcement authority in any instance is at the Platform's sole discretion, creates no precedent, custom, or enforceable expectation, and does not constitute a general duty to police content. A decision not to act is equally discretionary and creates no rights in any person.

(c) No participant, creator, or third party acquires any right — whether as a third-party beneficiary or otherwise — to require the Platform to enforce this Policy (Market Creator Policy, Buyer Disclaimer §4.2).

10.4 Reporting to Authorities

(a) Where a market or item of content involves or appears to involve unlawful activity, the Platform may report it, together with associated account information, to relevant regulatory, law-enforcement, or governmental authorities, in accordance with the Terms of Service (§3.10) and the Market Creator Policy (Creator Obligations §3.5).

(b) Such reports may be made without prior notice to the creator and without liability.

10.5 User Reporting

(a) Any user may report a market or item of content believed to violate this Policy, through the reporting mechanism in the Interface or by contacting the Platform at the address in the Terms of Service (§7.14).

(b) The Platform will review reports within a reasonable period but does not guarantee any particular response, outcome, or timeline. Submitting a report creates no right, obligation, or expectation that the Platform will act, and does not make the reporter a party to any enforcement decision.

11. Interpretation, Non-Exhaustiveness, and Amendment

(a) Non-exhaustive. The categories in this Policy are not exhaustive. The Platform may determine, in its sole discretion, that a market or item of content not expressly listed nevertheless violates the letter or spirit of this Policy, and may take enforcement action accordingly.

(b) Conflict. In the event of conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control (Terms of Service §1.2(e)).

(c) Amendment. The Platform may amend this Policy at any time in its sole discretion; the then-current version governs, and material changes are notified in accordance with the Terms of Service (§7.3).

(d) Maximum extent of law. This Policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
