Account, safety and support
Who can use Ultramint
To use Ultramint, you need to be old enough and in a place where Ultramint is offered. Both are checked.
Wallet security
Your USDC sits in an account that only you control. This page lists every safeguard that stops someone draining it or placing Buys you did not want, and says plainly what no safeguard can stop.
How Buys are approved
ULTRAMINT cannot move your money without your approval. Your account is controlled by the key behind your sign-in (your email or Google account), and every Buy is approved either by you in your wallet or, for small quick Buys, by the device you are using.
Your spending limits
Two limits decide which Buys this device can approve for you without asking your wallet. They protect you if a device is lost or someone else uses it.
Withdrawal addresses and the cooling-off period
Your USDC can leave your ULTRAMINT account only to a withdrawal address you added yourself. A new address cannot be used straight away, which gives you time to notice if someone else added it.
Closing your account
You can close your account yourself, any time, from account settings. It happens as soon as you confirm.
