Seasons

A Season is a rewards period with fixed start and end dates. During a Season, you earn UMINT credits by buying on Ultramint and coming back over several days. The more you do, the bigger your share of the Season's pool.

Accept the Rewards Terms. You do this once.
Make a qualifying Buy during a Season. That enters you automatically.

Buys made before you accepted the Rewards Terms don't count.

What counts as a qualifying Buy

A Buy counts toward a Season when:

you pay for it in USDC, at or above the Season's minimum Buy
it's on a public market
it lands inside the Season's dates

These never count:

Buys paid with UMINT credits
Buys in a market you minted, or one minted by an account linked to yours
Buys in Members only markets

A Buy counts once it's final on-chain, usually within 20 minutes. Until then, the Season page shows it as pending.

How you earn

Each Season has a set of objectives: for example, making your first Buy, buying on several different markets, or making Buys on several separate days. Some need days in a row.

When you complete an objective, you get two things:

UMINT credits, added to your balance straight away. There's nothing to claim.
Season points, which decide your share of the final pool.

Each objective pays once per person per Season. Days reset at 00:00 UTC.

Limits

Per person. There's a cap on how much UMINT one person can earn from objectives in a Season.
The pool can run out. Objectives pay from the Season's pool until it's empty. An announced pool is a maximum.

Your points still count even if an objective's UMINT was cut by a cap or an empty pool.

When the Season ends, a final slice of the pool is shared between everyone who entered.

Your points place you at a milestone. Higher milestones carry more weight.
The final slice is split by weight across everyone.

So your share depends on how many others reach each milestone. Your estimate moves during the Season and is fixed when it ends.

The final share is paid on top of what you earned from objectives.

Where you stand

Your objectives, points and UMINT balance are on the Season page. The Season board on the leaderboard ranks everyone by points.
