ULTRAMINT — REWARDS TERMS

Operator: Vivaach SRL, Costa Rica
Version: v1.1 [DRAFT]
Effective date: [insert on publication]
Last updated: 24 October 2026

These Rewards Terms govern Seasons, Mint Points, and $UM credits on ULTRAMINT. You accept them separately from the Terms of Service, once, for your account. They supplement, and do not replace, the Terms of Service, and Section 6.14 of the Terms of Service (Promotional Rewards, Quests, Seasons, Badges, and Referrals) continues to apply in full. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. The Terms of Service control in the event of conflict.

1. Seasons

1.1 Automatic entry. You accept these Rewards Terms once, for your account. While your account is eligible, it is entered automatically into a Season at your first qualifying buy made after you accepted them. There is no separate step to join a Season.

1.2 Qualifying buys. A buy is a qualifying buy only if all of the following are true:

    (a) it is paid in USDC, and not with $UM credits;

    (b) it is in a public market, and not in a Members only market or a market restricted to an allowlist;

    (c) it is not in a market you created, and not in a market created by an account linked to you (Section 2.3);

    (d) its stake is at least the minimum stake the Season's rules state; and

    (e) it meets any further condition the Season's rules state for the objective it counts toward.

1.3 Season rules. Each Season's rules are published with that Season, and state its window, its objectives, its pool, the daily cap, and the minimum stake. The rules of a Season you are entered into are the rules published for it. Activity outside a Season's window earns nothing under it.

1.4 The live pool and the daily cap. A Season pays from a live pool: awards are paid as you complete its objectives, and a final slice of the pool is paid at the end of the Season, split among the accounts entered in it in proportion to the weight of the milestones each reached. Every award is limited to the smaller of what you earned, what remains of your daily cap, and what remains of the pool. An announced pool is a maximum, not a promise. Where an award is limited by the cap or the pool, the activity still counts toward your Season standing.

1.5 Awards are granted automatically. Season awards are paid to your account as $UM credits (Section 3) automatically, as they are earned. There is no claim step, and no award is lost for not having claimed it.

1.6 No purchase of entry. Entry into a Season cannot be purchased. Nothing beyond qualifying buys is required to take part.

1.7 Eligibility. Entry into a Season, and every award in it, is subject to every eligibility requirement in the Terms of Service, including Section 4 and Section 6.14(c).

2. Mint Points

2.1 How Mint Points are earned. Mint Points are earned on the house take of each buy, meaning the part of a market's proceeds that the house keeps, wherever the house earns, including Members only markets and Town markets. The rates at which each role earns Mint Points (as a trader, creator, Market Promoter, or seed provider), and the levels they count toward, are published on the Mint Points page.

2.2 When they count. Mint Points from a buy are pending until the market resolves and its proceeds are distributed, and are then credited. If the market is voided, the pending Mint Points from it are cancelled.

2.3 Linked accounts. An account that the Platform determines to be linked to a market's creator (for example, because the same person controls both, or because they act together) earns no Mint Points and no Season progress on that creator's markets, in any role. The same rule excludes those markets from any creator-program qualification and Town volume that would otherwise count for the linked account. The Platform's determination of which accounts are linked is final, subject to Section 6.14(l) of the Terms of Service.

2.4 No cash value. Mint Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and confer no right to any payment.

3. $UM Credits

3.1 What they are. $UM credits are promotional credits granted to your account by Season awards, welcome grants, and other promotions. They may be used to buy positions where the Interface allows it. They are not money, are not withdrawable, and cannot be transferred to another account or wallet.

3.2 Expiry. Each grant of $UM credits expires on its own clock:

    (a) credits you earn (for example, as a Season award) expire 30 days after they are earned;

    (b) welcome credits expire 72 hours after they are granted; and

    (c) credits restored after a void (Section 3.4) last at least 72 hours from the time they are restored.

Credits that are not used by the time they expire lapse, without compensation.

3.3 Payouts on positions bought with $UM credits. A position bought with $UM credits resolves like any other, but its payout is paid in USDC only to the extent set out in Fee Schedule §13. The Fee Schedule is the sole statement of that rule.

3.4 Voids. If a market in which you hold a position bought with $UM credits is voided, the stake is restored to you as $UM credits, not paid in USDC (Terms of Service §2.4(b)(iii)), and Section 3.2(c) applies to them.

3.5 Limits. The Platform may limit how many $UM credits can be used in one buy and in one market. The limits in force are shown in the Interface where they apply.

4. Changes, Forfeiture, and Precedence

4.1 Changes. The Platform may create, change, suspend, or end any Season, the Mint Points program, or any grant of $UM credits as Section 6.14(b) of the Terms of Service provides. A change takes effect prospectively and does not reduce an award already granted to you and not forfeited.

4.2 Forfeiture. Section 6.14(i) of the Terms of Service applies to Season progress, awards, Mint Points, and $UM credits. Activity that is not genuine independent participation, including activity through linked accounts, earns nothing.

4.3 Taxes, remedies, and disputes. Sections 6.4 and 6.14(k) and (l) of the Terms of Service apply in full to everything under these Rewards Terms.

Cross-references: Terms of Service §2.4(b)(iii) (voids of $UM-funded positions); §4 (User Eligibility, Geographic Restrictions, and Anti-Circumvention); §6.14 (Promotional Rewards, Quests, Seasons, Badges, and Referrals), including §6.14(c) (Eligibility), §6.14(i) (Forfeiture), and §6.14(l) (Remedy and limits).
