Add USDC

Ultramint runs on Base. Your wallet holds native USDC on Base, and that's the only thing you need to trade.

Go to Funds, then Deposit, and pick one of three ways in.

Card or bank transfer

Use this if you don't hold any crypto.

Checkout opens in a new tab on Onramper's site. Onramper runs its own identity checks and takes your card or bank details there. Ultramint never sees them. Onramper shows its fee before you pay.

The USDC can only be delivered to your own Ultramint wallet.

From a wallet you already have

Use this if you hold USDC on Base in MetaMask, Rainbow or a similar wallet.

  1. Tap Connect on the Deposit screen.
  2. Approve the connection in your wallet.
  3. Enter an amount and confirm the transfer.

Your wallet pays its own network fee for this transfer. Connecting it only lets you send money in. Your account and positions stay with your Ultramint wallet.

To your deposit address

Use this for exchange withdrawals, or any wallet that can't connect.

Copy your deposit address from the Deposit screen and send to it. Check three things first, because mistakes here can't be undone:

  • Network: Base only. USDC sent from another network is lost.
  • Token: native USDC only. Bridged USDC, other stablecoins and ETH are not credited.
  • Address: paste it, then check it. A wrong address is gone for good.

If you're unsure, send a small amount first.

When it arrives

Base confirms in seconds, and your balance updates shortly after. If the transfer is confirmed on-chain and your balance hasn't moved after a few minutes, contact support with the transaction hash.
